Getting into the apartment (not suitable for limited mobility)

Stairs
The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no lift. Unfortunately it is not suitable for anybody with limited mobility.

Lote 57 is next to Lote 56, there is a flight of stairs outside the building that leads to the building front door. The stairs to the second floor are just inside the door, the entrance to the apartment is at the far end of the second floor.

Building Door
The building entrance door has an access code (that is easily memorable). We will send the code with the keys.

Apartment Door
The apartment front door has a secure lock, the key turns anti-clockwise to unlock.

Electricity and Water
If the apartment has been empty for a number of days the electricity may be switched and the water valve closed. See the Utilities section below.
